A Letter From Blessing
My name is Blessing Ngozi Nweke, who delights in collaboration, and networking with healthcare team associates. From childhood, the burning desire and passion of caring for the sick could not be overlooked no matter how degrading the nursing profession was seen in the environment in which I was raised. Nursing passion started from my early adolescent age when I had to take my grandparents to our local hospitals. Observing the pains and frustrations people go through in life as a result of illness, and the uncontrolled empathetic spirit which runs in me when I am close to a sick person, I knew that was my divine role. It was this divine calling that made me abandon my profession as an accountant. In 2010, I went back to school to study nursing and finally acquired my speciality in psychiatric nursing, practicing my passion.
As a nurse I’ve worked in multiple settings such as hospitals, community settings and private practices. I will be glad to work with you at Invisible Wounds Therapy & Wellness to elevate your suffering, and pains of trauma. I can’t wait to meet you :)
